Community Addendum
Version: 2026-07-23
This Community Addendum (“Addendum”) applies when you access or participate in the Nori Founding Community (“Community”). It supplements Nori's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If this Addendum conflicts with the Terms of Service about the Community, this Addendum controls for that conflict.
Eligibility and visibility
The Community is available to eligible Nori Pro members and Nori staff. Content is not public, but other eligible Nori members and staff can view it. Those members and staff can copy or share Community content outside the Community, so do not post information that you need to remain confidential.
Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you post. Community content is User Content under the Terms of Service, and you grant Nori the User Content license stated there so Nori can host, display, operate, and improve the Community and the Service.
Moderation
Nori may review, pin, lock, hide, restore, remove, or restrict content, Community access, or accounts. Nori may take these actions at its discretion to operate the Community, enforce its rules, or protect members, staff, Nori, or others. Nori does not promise to continuously monitor the Community or to review every item of content.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not post or engage in:
- Unlawful content or conduct.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Privacy violations, including sharing another person's personal information without permission.
- Dangerous or misleading medical claims.
- Impersonation of another person or organization.
- Intellectual property violations.
- Spam, manipulation, fraud, or other deception.
No emergency, crisis, or medical care
The Community is not emergency services, crisis support, or medical care. Do not rely on Community posts or responses for an emergency, crisis, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Edits, deletion, and retention
Editing or deleting content may leave a generic tombstone so conversations remain understandable. If your Nori account is deleted, Nori will remove your identity and text from the member-facing Community, subject to limited retention when needed for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Copies that other members or staff made or shared may remain outside Nori's control.
Reports and questions
You can report Community content in-product or email help@nori.ai. Reports help Nori review possible violations but do not create a promise of a particular action or response time.
